Division of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1892
‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, has, under the supervision of Mulla Riza, been divided among the following: Muhammad (his father), Fatimah Baygum (his mother), his underage daughter (Haji Khan Yavar as her guardian), and his sister; the share and mahr of his wife, Gawhar Taj Khanum (Baba Khan's daughter), has also been distributed to her.

Shuhrah Banu's claim and settlement regarding her mahr, 1879
After the death of Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, the son of Mulla Ahmad ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi], his two wives received their shares, but one of them, Shuhrah Banu, the daughter of Mashhadi Murad ‘Ali, has claimed that she has not received her mahr. Since ‘Abd al-‘Ali has not left a will to clarify whether he owed Shuhrah Banu her mahr or not, the matter was settled with five tumans and five thousand dinars.

Settlement among Aqa ʻAli Naqi's inheritors, 1869
Aqa Muhammad (son of Haj Habib Allah), on behalf of his brother (Aqa ʻAli Naqi)'s inheritors, who are his wives and children, settles a house and its surrounding garden for 130 tumans to Karbala'i Imam Quli (son of Haj ʻAli) on 12 November 1869. Because Aqa ʻAli Naqi's two underage children, Jaʻfar and Kuchak Khanum, have rights in this settlement, it was agreed to keep their shares from part of the garden bought by Aqa Muhammad Salih. On the margin of the document, there are notes for the condition in which one of ʻAli Naqi's wives will not sign the settlement.

Marriage contract of Sakinah Khanum with Mirza ʻAbd Allah, 1859
The marriage contract of Sakinah Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ʻAli with Mirza ʻAbd Allah, son of Aqa Muhammad Sabir on 10 December 1859. The mahr is 6 tumans Ashrafi (equal to 20 misqals red gold), copper dishes and containers, a qalamkar bed covering (made in Isfahan), carpet and rugs. On verso, Sakinah Khanum settles all her rights to her husband. In 1888 after her husband's death, Sakinah Khanum confirms this settlement once more, receives her dowry, and gives 20 tumans to Mirza ʻAbd Allah's underage children.

The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Khanum Buzurg, the daughter of the deceased Muhammad ʻAli Khan [from] Dawdangah and the wife of Sayyid Muhammad (son of the deceased Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi), has passed away. Her inheritors are two daughters and a son. She had inherited belongings (cows, sheep, and some properties) from her father. Settlement concerning Mirza Muhammad Sadiq's house boundries and the shares of Shaykh Abu Turab's inheritors, 1856
Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn.
